... and VERY easy to make in my cast iron skillet. (No deep fryer available. I followed the fried fish & dipping sauce recipes to a "T". It was soooooo good! Crispy outside. Moist 'n tender inside. The dipping sauce was DEEE-LICIOUS!! Everyone RAVED!! You ** MUST TRY ** this Keeper :

I have made this twice now once with Cod and once with Halibit. Came out great both times. I will try this batter with shrimp next!

My husband made this fish the other night and it turned out better than any fish he has ever made before. We had Flounder on hand so that is the type of fish we used and we used Guiness beer. This recipe is defintley a keeper!

The fish was great, and the sauce was even better. Family was upset that we ran out fish. Good Job!!! Thank you for the recipe!

I cooked the fish last evening. Let me say, it was SCRUMPTIOUS!!! I never tasted fish like that before in my life! I cooked it with Talpia and it came out GREAT! The kids loved it! I know what I will be cooking for my next dinner party! Thanks Neely's!

All I can say is wow! I was sceptacle when they gave bbq joint owners their own show, I thought their range would be limited. Man, was I wrong. I followed the recommendation of another reviewer and made sure the fish was good and dry before I dredged it in flour. I used a skillet instead of a dreap frier. The fish was amazing. I'm not kidding. Amazing. If you do this right you will have the only fried fish recipe you're ever gonna need. Well done Neelys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
