    This recipe was easy and delicious I didn't used the cayenne pepper but it still came out great! this was my first time making my own Calamari and I was not disappointed :

    Very easy to make, the corn/flour batter was a perfect combo. I substituted Pamela's bread and baking mix to make it gluten-free. The calamari came out light and crunchy with excellent flavor even without the sauce. This one's going in my recipe box!

    This has got to be one of the best things I've made for my family. They didn't last long at all! It took me a little while to find calamari in my area but I finally did at a restaurant. If I could give this 10 stars I would.

    This recipe was the best ever!!! I had to go to the store and get more calamari to make since 5 pounds weren't enough to feed this hungry bunch. Everyone raved about how great it was the "best ever". Will definately make every chance I get. Thanks for such an easy recipe to follow to such great success in such a short time in the kitchen.
    Love watching you guys on TV.
