    I have made this recipe using panko bread crumbs and regular bread crumbs when that was all I had. I have also sliced the zucchini into sticks instead of
    rounds. Either way, the method makes for perfectly coated zucchini and the acompanying dipping sauce is excellent as well. Will make this again and again. Thanks Neely's.

    This zucchini was great. I was a little unsure about it just because I'm not a big fried food eater, but my entire family loved it. Even my 18yo who hates all green vegetables said it was good. I also loved the dip . Another great recipe from the neelys. Susan --Aberdeen, NC

    This is an excellent recipe. We substituted Italian seasoning for the parsley and used fresh zucchini from our garden. It is great by itself, and even better with the dipping sauce.

    This is the best fried zucchini I've eve eaten. My family loved it. I made it two nights in a row. I have enjoyed watching the Neely's and their recipes are wonderful.

    This was delicious and was perfect for our BBQ hangout get together. The sauce was amazing with it also a great compliment. This recipe is definitely going in my cookbook and will be made for years to come...THANKS NEELYS!!

    Best fried zucchini I've had. I've never made it and usually don't order it at restaurants because the zucchini inside is usually soggy. These came out perfectly. I'll definately make again with the growing season here.

    I absolutly love this recipe. It is quick and very tasty. Both my girls actually liked it and they dont usually do vegtibles outside of corn. The sour cream dip was also suppurb. This willl deffinatley become a frequent plate on our dinner table.
