    100 percent AWESOME shrimp! Followed the recipe completely but I didnt do the zesty sauce. It was fabolous! I tell you this, it was an aphrodisiac last night lol

    I didn't use the recipe for the dipping sauce, but the shrimp was fantastic!! Even my little boy ate it, and he does not like coconut.

    Very good AND quick & easy! Made these for the 1st time for my daughter's birthday dinner & they were a big hit. The coating stayed on the shrimp & they cooked up perfectly crispy & golden brown. Just happened to have a jar of roasted pineapple habanero dip in the fridge that paired perfectly! Next time I will up the coconut to bread crumb ratio and make more of them.

    I made these for all my kids and friends for dinner and everyone loved them and there was not even 1 left and I did 2 lobs of fresh large shrimp.

    Delicious! These coconut shrimp are restaurant worthy. My local store does not carry jumbo shrimp so I end up using a medium sized shrimp. It's definitely more prep but it is worth the time and effort. I usually make my own dipping sauce with pineapple, cream of coconut and a couple of other ingredients.

    This was my first attempt at making coconut fried shrimp and it turned out great. Loved the shrimp, the dipping sauce...the ease
    of making...will definitely make again.
