    I followed the Coconut Shrimp & Sauce recipe to a ' T ' . NO deviations. It was soooooo friggin' DELICIOUS ... hot or cold ( next day !! OUTRAGEOUS recipe!! From the comments I received, I felt like a True Chef :

    I cooked this for a small group and everyone loved it. Like others have said - from start to finish definitely didn't take 15 mins & a bit messy, but definitely worth it! I will definitely be doing this again (& again :D

    They weren't super hard to make, although it took me longere than it said. It was also kind of messy, but it was all worthwhile.

    They are tasty and the sauce is great. So many times when you get the coconut shrimp out at a restaurant they are way to spicy for my family's taste. By having the kick in the sauce, everyone could control their own level of spice.

    I made these along with their warm bacon potato salad for Mother's Day and they were a total hit! So easy to make and just really really delicious. My grocery store didn't have jumbo shrimp so I just used large so we had a lot of shrimp and not one was left. Great recipe!

    My nine-year-old saw the show this morning and insisted we try this recipe and invte the grandaparents over. With the help of her dad, my daughter made the shrimp. I made the sauce but substituted cayenne for the Asian chili sauce and added extra lime juice. It was a :fancy-restaurant" meal that everyone enjoyed. It even impressed my parents which is quite an accomplishment. We all agreed it was the best coconut shrimp we've ever had!

    The assembly line in making this dish was easy.
    After the prep time the rest was very quick, sooo tasty.
    I"ve always ordered coconut shrimp out but now I can enjoy this without having to spend alot of money at the resturants.
    If you like shrimp this one's for YOU!

    I made these last night with my husband's help -- and lemma tell ya...these were YUM YUM! We LOVED these! I have to be honest and say that it was kind of a lot of work, and made a mess, but I'm telling you, it was so worth all the effort! Thanks Neelys!! This was fantastic! We can't wait to make these again!

    I made this dish this past weekend and it was WONDERFUL!!!!! My husband loved it. We loved the light breading and coconut. I will add this to my KEEPER recipes. THANK YOU SO MUICH!

    The wife and I made these the other day. Recipe was easy to make, the shrimp were outstanding, and the sauce really kicked them up. We couldn't finish them all and the leftovers warmed up get in the oven the next day.
