    I haven't made this yet, I just wanted to answer Olivia's question.
    I find pumpkin next to the pie fillings in my supermarket. You have to look carefully so you don't accidently pick up Pumpkin Pie Filling (which has the spices already added. You want just plain Pumpkin, it won't say puree.

    I have all the ingredients, except for the pumpkin puree. Where can you get that around this time of the year? 05/18/09.

    I am not a true baker. But they look so good and easy. I have a home base day care, I am always looking for something that doesnt take a lot of time. I was right they were the best. I not sure if I would get store donuts again. the iciling was so easy to make. I was a great raining day treat.

    These donuts were definitely easy to make. You can taste the pumpkin but it is not overwhelming. The glaze is good as well. The donuts are moist enough to eat without the glaze.
