- 4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons eggnog flavoring
- Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. With an emersion blender, mix until creamy removing any lumps.
*Cook's Note: Hand mixer works in place of an Emersion blender
Pour into glasses. Garnish with nutmeg and serve.
