I also substituted the swiss chard for fresh spinach, but I used all of the cheeses the receipe called for. It was delicious! The potatoes turned out so creamy and full of flavor. This recipe is a definite keeper.

I love this recipe, we are baked potato fanatics, and when I saw the episode I had to try the recipe. I am not a fan of Swiss Chard, so I substituted spinach and omitted all the cheese except for parmesean cheese on top. I also added a few bacon bits. The outcome was wonderful and delicious and my family loved it, thank you for the idea.

We also made a sweet potato, that had cinnamon sugar, butter, some rum extract and included lemon zest as a desert.

Our family loves your shows and my husband Kalvyn has become a new cook in our kitchen thanks to Pat.

We enjoyed the blend of cheeses. The twice baked potatoes turned out creamy, smooth and delicious.

I served them with a pot roast and everyone agreed this recipe is a keeper.

The second time I made these, I used chopped broccoli instead of the chard, and I garnished with some fresh chives and bacon bits.
