Great strategy to baking potatoes. Texture was good; I would double the cheese next time. I didn't give it 5 stars, because something was missing - the BACON! I will make it again though with the few changes for my taste. (PS: You will get gassy because of the high content in fiber

Loved this recipe...and easy to make. I only used cheddar, and I added bacon, and it came out great!! Definitely making this again!!!

One of my fav ways to bake potatoes. I've made this recipe countless times and each time it was a hit! The broccolli gave it a twist along with the gouda cheese. If you do not have sharp cheese that's ok too, gouda cheese alone will do just fine. I will be making this for thanksgiving.

Made these last night with cauliflower, it's what we had on hand. AWESOME, everyone loved them! I always thought twice baked potatoes would be hard to make, not so.
