    DELICIOUS!!!! If I had been alone I would have picked up the plate and licked the rest of the sauce up. I used beef broth instead of wine and omitted the thyme leaves (didn't have them.

    Great!!!!! This is restaurant quality!!!! The first time I made this I was so impressed how good it was!!! Now when I want to impress my family and friends, I make this!! Thanks Pat and Gina for such a wonderful recipe!!!

    Perfect! Great for a single guy or gal that wants a good steak dinner at home. I steamed some brocolli to go with it and mixed a little mayo, mustard, worshestire sauce to dopple on top. Yummy

    This is an excellent steak recipe!! I used white button mushrooms, dried thyme leaves, and petit sirah wine (items already in my pantry. The sauce is superb and fragrant. I will make this recipe again and again. Thank you Pat and Gina!!
