Very Delicious....I didn't have any ham or Dijon Mustard...I used tuna and regular yellow mustard. It was a hit!...Thanks Neelys!

I am not a fan macaroni salad but this one is amazing. I made this in huge quanities for a softball game/cookout and it was a huge hit with the crowd. One guy couldn't stop eating it. It does make a large amount so take that into consideration when planning otherwise you will end up eating it for a week,... which isn't a bad thing considering how yummy it was.

I generally do not care for Mayo based salads, but this turned out absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by how creamy it was, with just the right amount of acidity to give it a little tanginess. I will definitely be making this again!

All the way from Ottawa, Canada... Awesome salad! I am not a fan of Dijon mustard, therefore I only used 1/2 and the other was regular yellow mustard. And only used 1/2 sweet relish... the other 1/2 was chopped cornichons. Must say that it makes more than 4 to 6 servings... great work lunch left overs!

I didn't have ham steak or pimentos so I used a fresh tomato out of the garden. Cut the recipe in half because it makes so much. Pretty good as a side for my pork roast. Some people said it was too dry but with the addition of the tomato it was nice and moist.
