This macaroni salad is "AMAZING", it was not hard to make and it taste great! I did add chopped sharped cheddar cheese and it gives it even more flavor. Will definitely make it again!

I just made this tonight and its great-only thing I changed was the Pimento-couldn't find it so I used chopped roasted red peppers instead mmmmmm and I also added some Monteray Jack chopped up in it. Highly recommend.

It's a simple to make yet tasty salad, but what do you do with the pimentos? I whisked them in with the sauce.

This was so easy to make, and it tastes amazingly good! I would have never thought to put relish or lemon juice in a macaroni salad, but WOW it makes it! I cheated and bought ready-made hard boiled eggs, and the store was out of shallots so I used scallions. Delicious!

I decided to try the Neely's Macroni Salad recipe after reading the reviews. I was not a fan of macroni salad but after making this one and eating it, this will be the only recipe I'll use! My husband even raved about how good it was. I can't wait to try it with the rest of our family!!!

Perfect! After reading the other reviews, I am thinking that a reason why some people had to make more dressing (other than because they like more dressing on their pasta salads is because they cooked the macaroni past al dente - the more you cook the pasta, the more starch is removed and the macaroni absorbs more of the dressing. Gina said on-air to cook the pasta al dente - but when it comes to how long to cook pasta, people's tastes are as varied as recipes for meatloaf.

It had a wonderful taste, even my mother enjoyed it, and she doesn't like macaroni salad.

I substituted Turkey Ham for the ham. It was great!
