Good recipe. I was done chopping/cooking in 45 minutes and probably could do it faster next time. The taste is fairly plain. Might add more ham next time and some chipotles. I appreciate that the sauce is not overpowering nor slimy. This recipe does feed a small army.

I cut this recipe in half and still had enough for a meal for three and left-overs for 3 days of lunch for myself (yum!. The dressing is just right - not runny and soupy like so many others. I substituted one strip of cooked, crumbled bacon and 2 ounces of chopped pancetta, fat rendered. I will make this again and again!

This recipe has alot of ingredients but they are well worth it! The dressing is perfect and easy to make. Thank you Gina for another recipe that I will make many more times. God Bless!
