I made this for Thanksgiving 2010 and it was a huge hit! It was absolutely delicious and my favorite dish at Thanksgiving dinner. My friend is having a Thanksgiving in January party this week, so I will be making this again. Yay :

We used white sweet potato, which didn't look appetizing but it tasted great. Will use yam next time. Also used sliced almonds instead of cashews. Family liked it for Thanksgiving.

I make a mean Sweet Potato Souffle myself, but I wanted to bring a spin to the table this Thanksgiving. So I made both (mine and the Neely's. Everyone enjoyed them both and stated they are so addicting. It's definitely a keeper. Thanks for the recipe!!!!

This was really good. Didn't use nuts because some of us can't eat and I forgot to buy coconut. Did use extra marshmellows. Half of my guests thought it was good enough for dessert. Really big hit. Thank you Neelys!

I love this recipe. I am a diabetic and it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be.
