This is excellent. Everyone I've cooked it for doesn't say it's good or wonderful, but they all say it's fantastic. The recipe states 1/2 tbsp. of peppers, but I use 1/2 tsp. Didn't see the show, but a few comments state the show required less red pepper, Thus, I find the 1/2 tsp. is just enough for us.

I stopped using my wok because my stir fry dishes never came out very good. I decided to try it one more time after seeing the episode on TV. I am so glad I did, because this is the most delicious stir fry sauce I ever made. I doubled the sauce like some of the reviewers suggested, but I thought it was too much. Parboiling made the broccoli very tender and very tasty and even though I hate extra steps in a recipe, this was an important part. Thank you Neely's! My wok will be in use again!

Pei Wei (a restaurant from the P.F. Chang's chain actually has a dish very similar to this, this was quite delicious and very healthy too. The only thing is the sauce should be double what is said on the recipe and it could have been more sweet, adding more sugar next time.

Pretty tasty. The only thing I would do is add a little more garlic. I had Basmati rice but it all turned out very well.

If you watched the show and the video, the recipe calls for 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, NOT 1/2 tablespoon each as written in the recipe. (You can add more red pepper flakes, to taste, when adding the garlic, ginger, and green onions. Anyway, this is a delicious dish! Followed other reviews and doubled the sauce, but used half regular soy sauce and half dark soy sauce to avoid saltiness.
