This was fantastic! I made it for a football watch party and it was a huge hit. I served it as Frito Chili pie with sour cream and cheddar cheese. The veggie just add something special. I will definitely make this again!

This was my first time making homemade chili and it was awesome. Only made a couple changes... 1 added more cumin, chili powder, and some tabasco to make it spicier, my family loves everything hot. and 2 I ended up adding some cornstarch because it was a little thin. I'd start with 1/2 cup beer and add as needed... it doesn't make it lose any flavor. Overall I'm making this again.

This chili looks good and taste good! I used pork stew meat instead of ground pork. I made it for friends and called it "drunken chili" because of the beer. It was a hit!

I made this last Saturday (926/09 right after episode aired - it was a big hit with my family and will remain a family favorite - the only chili recipe we will use from now on! Thanks for sharing!

I just made this Chili & it is very very good. Easy to make.
The only thing I did different was I did not rinse my beans & I added 2 cans of beans each for a total of 4 cans. I also added more liquid to mine as I do not like it realy thick. About 1 1/2 cans of water. Just let simmer. I will make this again!!!

I made this today and I've got to tell you my son who's a chef said, "geez mom, this is great". I rally like the combo meat/pork. Very tasty.

This was an easy chili with a lot of flavor - I added a little beef stock and jalapeno for heat - I made the cornbread muffins with peppers and cheese for a side we served it with onions, cheese and chili cheese frito chips on top. Excellent the next day with spicy hot dogs!!

This recipe was delicious and easy to make. I cut some of the calories by replacing the beef/pork with ground turkey and it was still fabulous. The mixture of spices really make the dish. Everyone in my family loved it. This will be a staple in our house.

This recipe was the best chili my kids and I have ever eatin. It was simple, hearty and packed full of flavor. I also made the corn muffins from the same episode to go with the chili. Also very, very good. I recommend this recipe to everyone.
