Me and my husband just love these wings. I've made them 3 times already. Wish the Neely's BBQ came to NYC or NJ :

These were excellent. My husband made them the night we saw the show. He made them again last night. Being a cook himself, he tweeked it a little and battered and fried them. They were great! Thanks for the recipe.

    A. MAZ. ING! I will definitely be using this recipe again! I used sriracha sauce instead of Tobasco, so they were REALLY spicy and garlicky, which I loved. I don't have a deep-fryer or a deep-fry thermometer, so I grilled the wings on med-high flame for 6 minutes per side so they were crispy and done all the way through. The peach preserves I used were homemade, and had less sugar than commercial variates, so I added some brown sugar, maple syrup, and a few drops of liquid smoke to the sauce and simmered it for 10 minutes instead of five. I would DEFINITELY recommend this recipe!!

These are the best. The sauce perfect and could be used on most any Chicken or Pork. The problem though is the receipt calls for 12 to 15 minutes in a deep fryer. If the wings are of normal size you had better check them in 7-8 minutes. At 350 degrees if you cook them for 12 minutes they will be hard (way over cooked.

I just did the recipe, for my family but made the wings on the grill. I got a standing ovations, the sauce was great, I coulndt find just peach perserve. but did find peach and apricot perserve, that made it even better, sweet and hot! Great recipe will be doing this dish for the next potluck!
