Hands down the best wings i have ever made(also the ONLY wings i have ever made...lol extremely simple to make. i baked my wings on 450 instead of frying them(didn't have any grease *sad face* the blend of sweet and heat was great!

These hot wings were sooo good. Even my husband (who usually does not like spicy foods loved them. Just the right balance of sweet and spicy. I baked my wings at 450 until they were crunchy (don't have a fryer. Very sticky when you eat them though. Need lots of napkins, or just ***** the sauce off your fingers. It's so good you will want to.

EXCELLENT is correct! These wings exactly what i've been looking for. I love hot wings and these have the right twist that i've been looking for. I modified a litte and seasoned my wings with Tony's Chachere Creole seasoning and garlic powder, I used Franks instead of Tabasco and I added 1 t. of crushed red pepper as suggested from others. Definitely a keeper!

The peach and hot sauce glaze was EXCELLENT and I plan to use it on pork, grilled shrimp, and regular chicken - even bratwurst, I think. (BTW, I used Frank's rather than Tabasco. I basically tripled the recipe and also whizzed up the peach preserves in my little Cuisinart before adding them to the butter and garlic.
The wings were WONDERFUL!! My family usually loves Buffalo wings but said that they like these even better. I thought they were nicely spicy, but I think next time I will take another reviewer's advice and add some hot pepper flakes to the glaze for a little extra "kick" (as Gina likes to say.
Try them, you'll like them.
P.S. I had to cook about 6 batches, but I just kept the first one warm in a 300 degree oven on a rack over a baking pan. After the first two batches were done, I glazed them and served them and the next two batches cooked while we were stuffing our faces with chicken wing deliciousness!

These wings are "off the hook" good. I used some of my homemade peach preserves and added a little red pepper flakes to give them an extra bite. I will be making these again and again. I cannot wait until I have another party so that I can serve these delicious wings to my guests.

Well Pat, you did it again. These wings are so good I could just come to Memphis to smack you. This was the very first time I made hot wings and I am so surprised at how well they tasted. The entire family LOVES them. I followed the recipe exactly, but will add additional hot sauce for me, since I like more hot. Thanks again Pat for another GREAT recipe.
