I made these last night for my boyfriend and a guy friend. They were delicious. Super flavorful!!!!!! Love the spiciness and cheese oozing out of the middle.

The meat is much more savory than a regular beef burger! Love the homemade mayo as well! I am making them for Thanksgiving instead of a whole turkey!

These are great! Turkey burgers can be bland but this was the perfect combo of spices and they also stayed nice and moist. I used Cheddar because it was what I had in the house. Will try the pepper jack next time.

Super!!! I used beef meat and I added some chicken Montreal seasoning because I did not have the beef ones in the house. It was delicious!!!!!!!!!!

I made these on my George Foreman grill. Messy, but WOW they were sooo good! My whole family loved them, and my sister's friend who was over even said they were great. The spicy mayo is the best part, we've been putting the leftover on sandwiches all week!

Wanted to tell Pat this is my first time to make a comment, but the Turkey Burgers are the best. Reheated they are just as good as fresh made. Also Spenser's Grilled Broccoli was real good. Will make both of these receipes again.

I will always make my burgers this way. It tastes so good to bite into the burger and have melted cheese ooze from the middle.

The only thing, I plan to use mozzarella cheese next time. Didn't like the pepper jacke cheese.

This is a good idea for a burger.

I found a stuffed turkey burger recipe on this website burgerpocketpress.com. It had stuffing, onions, and provolone cheese inside the burger. Was pretty good.

These were the hit of my 4th of July Barb-b-que. They were juicy and delicious and every one of them were gone by the time all my guest left the house. I love, love, love this recipe and now I keep my freezer full of ground turkey so that I can make these burgers! Thanks Pat and Gina!
