This may be the best burger we have ever had! We did add our own rub, which is pretty standard for our taste. If you check the rubs on the internet & kick up what you like, that's it. We like a sauce of mayo, diljion, durkee's. & ketchup & honey to taste, and balanced with lemmon or lime juice to taste. you have to experiment to get the right balance. maybe even dill pickle juice. But the onion buns & the pepper jack were great!

2lbs sweet potatoes, 1/2 vidalia onion finely chopped, 1 red pepper seeded and finely chopped, 4 green onions, thinly sliced, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp orange juice, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, salt and freshly ground pepper. Boil potatoes and cool. once cool transfer to a large serving bowl and add the onion, red pepper, and green onions. In a separate bowl, add the mayonnaise, orange juice, smoked paprika, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk to combine, pour over the potatoes and thoroughly mix. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour for the flavors to meld. ENJOY!!!!

Please post ingredients for the Gina's sweet potato salad. It disappeared from the website. I know others noticed it too. Did it have:
    Sweet potato chunks
    Orange juice
    lime juice
If anyone has the recipe, please post it here.
Thanks very much. It looked so good!
    It can be made ahead.

These burgers were so good that I made them 2 days in a row. My fiancee ate 3 of them the first day! Quick and easy to prepare. I just printed the recipes for 4 co- workers.

I wanted to cook something quick for dinner today, so I decided to try Pat's Turkey burgers. They were good. My son is usually a hot dog lover and not a burger lover, but today he ate two burgers. The meat was juicy. The recipe was simple. I will definitely do this again. This is a great recipe for a working mom.

Let me start off by saying that I had already thawed out chicken breast for dinner. But after watching The Nellys Inside Picnic episode at 3pm, I ran to the store and bought the necessary ingredients for the turkey burgers...OMG!!! They were delicious. Tasty, juicy, cheesy...My kids ate their burger so fast, they didn't even realize there was onion in them. As for my husband, the best compliment came from the look on his face when he finished eating. He said it was so delicious (especially with the spicy mayo and that it knocked him out...lol. Thanks Pat and Gina for the wonderful recipe:
