We were having a 60th birthday dinner for my mom and I didn't want just plain asparagus so I used this receipe and it was a hit! It was really quick and easy to make and there were not complaints.

Really yummy! I substitued goat cheese for the feta and substituted white wine vinegar for the champagne vinegar.

Awesome! This was a really great recipe that jazzed up a mid-week side dish. It took me 5 minutes to prep the asparagus, and while it was roasting, I made the dressing and chopped fresh feta. In 20 minutes, I had an amazing side. Will REPEAT OFTEN!

I love roasting any vegetable, it just brings out their flavor, and this recipe is no exception. Quick, simple and very tasty. It's a keeper.

this is wonderful--the champagne vinegar makes all the difference. and so easy! i used an old trick i learned in cooking school a few years ago--you roast the asparagus a couple of hours before your dinner party, then cover with foil and sit on the counter. a few minutes before serving, remove foil and heat up again for a few minutes--5 or 6 minutes maybe until re-heated(the oven was set at 350 for the other dishes i was preparing. the asparagus comes out perfect. otherwise, i'd need 2 ovens for the different cooking temperatures of all the dishes i was making. thanks, neelys!
