Made this as a side dish. Very easy and really tasty. A nice change of pace from ordinary salad. And everyone loved it.

This salad was great. I made the recipe the same as stated above except I added bacon wrapped chicken breast to the salad. All the flavors together worked great. I will make this again.

This was a wonderful change/step up to my stock pile of salad recipes. I already have a dinner this week planned with it on the menu, again! I will definitely use this again and again possibly adding caramelized onions, roasted bell peppers, nuts or any combination of these. Asparagus is a great suggestion I'll take up... and perhaps roasted brussels sprouts.

Delicious and healthy salad! I used a spring mix which includes arugula and added a touch of balsamic vinegar. I plan to try roasted asparagus in place of the broccoli next time ... enjoy!

This was absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I, too, used mixed spring greens rather than just arugula. Otherwise I made it exactly as the recipe directed and it was wonderful!

I love roasting veggies but I thought this salad was rather bland. I drizzled a few drops of balsamic and it gave the salad some pep!!

Super easy salad to make. I had a tad bit of trouble finding arugula in my grocery store. But I did manage to find a bag of baby arugula on my second trip to a different location. I love roasting vegetables like squash and zucchini and had never thought to do tomatoes or broccoli. Great way to expand my veggie intake!

Excellent, used a variety of cherry tomatoes from our garden and this was the perfect side dish to our steak. Used baby spinach and it was still great. Could also use this as a main dish with leftover sliced steak added. Used grill seasoning instead of salt and pepper and also added a few garlic cloves before cooking. Will cook veggies a little less next time but overall a real keeper.
