OMG!!! This was ABSOLUTELY, hands-down, THE BEST SALAD I have ever tasted! I also used baby spinach instead, and the results were incredible. My spouse thought I should make that the "House Salad" from now on! I only made half the portion, but next time I'll definetly make some extra...now that I know it won't go to waste!Great job Neely's for putting something together so simple AND tasty! I loved it!!!

ABSOLUTELY DELISH!! My local grocery store was out of arugala, so I used baby spinach instead. I added extra pepper to make up for the peppery flavor of the arugala. I also cut the ingredients in half as it was just my husband and I eating it. I so enjoyed this salad and will make again!

I cut the recipe in 1/2 and my husband and I loved it! I put just a drizzle of olive oil & enough salt & pepper with the tomatoes & broccoli that I didn't need to add anymore oil/salt/pepper later. I definitely recommend making this with baby arugula greens. We had ones that were a little bit more weed-like & had long stems which were hard to eat, but still we loved the taste! What a simple way to make veggies too! I'm going to try this with other veggies - roast them & put them with some greens & feta - super easy!
