I was reading these reviews....You absolutely must put enough EVOO on these Fingerlings or they will not cook in the allotted time. Come on people follow the darn directions before knocking their recipe. It was delicious and Fingerlings cook really fast. Quit whining. Pat and Gina have awesome recipes.

This is a very quick and easy dish that has that oven baked testure and flavor. The previous reviewer should check the oven temperature. We use a lot of the fingerling potatoes and they cook so fast that they have to be watched for over cooking. They boil on the stove less than 10 minutes to be done and my kids love them. Costco carries these and they are fast to prepare compared to all other types of potatoes and no need to peel and have more flavor however you fix them.

These were great eventually, but 20 minutes at 350 didn't begin to cook the fingerlings, which I did use. I raised the heat to 375 and had to cook them for about 40 minutes.
