My family love this recipe,my son's also make it at their home's,i usually make a double batch,and we never have leftover's,but,i don't put the rosemary in it,because some of my family,don't like rosemary,we think this recipe is one of our favorite's.

Delicious! I love roasted potatoes, especially with rosemary, and these did not disappoint. I loved how the red pepper flakes worked perfectly with the rosemary and added a little extra bite. The garlic was well-cooked and also delicious, but the rosemary and red pepper were by far the best part of the dish.

The only substitution I made was that I used cubed white potatoes in stead of small whole ones, but the cooking time was still perfect and gave me potatoes that were tender inside with a slightly crispy exterior. This is my new go-to for roasted potatoes!

The potatoes get crispy and soft inside. I love to just pop the garlic cloves, they are so good! This is my go-to roasted potato recipe.

I have cooked these potatoes as the recipe directed and my family loved them, even-more to the point, my husband who is NOT a lover of white potatoes but loves garlic - LOVED them! But being a long-time griller - I just had to try this recipe on the grill (I've even poped popcorn in a cast-iron skilet on the grill - I set my gas-grill to 400, put the rosemary and garlic seasoned potatoes in a pan, closed the lid and bingo! My family enjoyed another meal courtesy of the Neelys.

I have served these potatoes as a side about 5 times now, and they continue to be a family favorite. Easy to make and they go great with everything! Another hit by the Neelys.
