Well...there aren't any left overs! The family loved them! Even the picky eaters! They were a perfect addition on our Easter dinner table.
Will definitely make them again...

I thought these came out great. I sliced the potatoes thinly with a mandoline and put them in raw. Topped each layer with cheese and sauce, and added extra garlic and bay leaf to the sauce. Easy to make and delicious!

These were delicious and easy, but definitely need to be broiled for browning. I added more cheese, not sure that was necessary. Also, I used more garlic and added a lot of pepper. Everyone liked them.

very good, added 1 cup of smoked Gouda instead of paprika and extra 1/2 cup cheddar, will also try the bacon idea.I also had to cook longer and broil to brown them.

This was decent, but nothing really special. Just your everyday scalloped potatoes with some smoked paprika thrown in. Not sure if I would make this again.

Very good! I substitute milk if I don't have half-n-half on hand and it's still good! Add some ham and it's an easy weeknight dinner!

I made this for Thanksgiving to go with a Honey Glazed spiral cut ham, and it was a huge hit. I had never used smokey paprika before and now that I have it in my pantry, I can't wait to find other things to use it in.

Easy and very good! Lots of good flavor and nice and saucy not dry. I used just regular cheddar cheese bc that's what I had. I also used a mandoline (sp to slice the potatoes - it would not have been as fast and easy slicing them by hand. I like the other reviewers idea of adding the bacon - I think I'll try that next time. My picky kids even liked them.
