i'm sorry, maybe where ever you all are from this is edible, but my suggestion is that you NEVER add vinegar to broccoli and then grill it.

My 8 year would not eat veggies at ALL. When I cooked these she LOVED them. Thanks. I have cooked many of the Neeley's receipes at home and my family loves them. I have roots in Memphis and when I return this spring I will be visiting your place of business. Keep up the good work. I love your show and your dishes.

loved this grilled broccoli very flavorable but im writing to give the neelys rub recipe. 1 1/2 cups sweet paprika 3/4 cup sugar and 3 3/4 TB onion powder mix together and store in a air tight container for up to 6 months as per neely's recommendations. I am a little new to the Neely's. Can somebody tell me how to make the Neely's Dry Rub. I heard Gina talk about in on one of the shows and missed a portion of it. Can someone help me?

We followed the recipe except for the marinade. We used a bottled Italian dressing for the marinade and it turned out quite well. We will definitely make this often.

These turned out ok, but I would just use a splash of vinegar rather than 1/4 cup.
