- 3 scoops high quality vanilla ice cream
- 1 (22-ounce) bottle chocolate stout beer
- 2 shots butterscotch schnapps
- Marshmallows, for topping
Add the first 3 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add to large milkshake glasses and top with marshmallows. Use a creme brulee torch to caramelize the tops of the marshmallows and serve immediately.
