Amazing Pancakes! Light, fluffy, moist, flavorful, with caramelized strawberries - I ate 3 giant pancakes myself. It is very important to mix lightly only - undermixed is probably better than overmixed. Enjoy these delectable treats!!

Very good... Husband and son devoured them! I am normally a maple syrup person (and I mean 100% REAL maple syrup but I made the brown sugar sauce and it really worked with the strawberries. The batter is THICK so watch it to make sure it is really cooked before you pull it off the griddle.

We loved this recipe in our house. It is a great basic pancake recipe that is there in place of boxed pancake mix. I added an extra tsp. of baking powder to make it extra fluffy.

We made these alongside Pat Neely's Buttermilk Pancakes with Vanilla Bean-Berry Syrup and they just didn't match up. The syrup is very basic, much like Mrs. Butterworth's. The pancakes are good, but the addition of the strawberries changed the consistency and made them a bit like crepes and not pancakes.
