These were a hit a party I had last weekend! Everyone loved them! I doubled the recipe and actually cooked the meatballs separately for a little bit, and then put the sauce and meatballs in a crock pot to keep warm. Very good!

I love the meatball recipe! Of course, I put a little spin on them with some additional seasonings. They were so delicious that I had to make myself stop eating them. I didn't make the sweet & sour sauce because I didn't have all the ingredients so my review is just for the meatballs. I made a spicy sour cream dipping sauce. The meatballs & my dipping sauce wwere great together..

I made these for a family party and they were a bit hit, very simple to make. I will gladly make these again, but will probably reduce the amount of sauce and use something more commonly available than the apricot preserves.

I feel like I need to rate the meatball separately from the sauce. The sauce was not my cup of tea. The flavors were weird together. It was not gross, but not something I will make again. The meatball itself though was really good. I could really taste the parmesian cheese and they weren't dry at all. I would definitely make the meatball exactly as stated again.

I made these last night after watching the episode. I used two eggs instead of 1 b/c there was so much panko and parmesan in the mix. I also added a few sprinkles of smoked paprika and a few sprinkles of cumin because I love thoese spices. I wanted to try these meatballs because I was curious as to how the Sweet and Sour Sauce would turn out. Next time I will trying preparing this with 1/2 cup of chilli sauce as opposed to 1 cup. Over all, it turned out good. I made some sphaghetti and turned this into a sphaghetti and meatball dinner.
