My husband and 9yr old loved this recipe the first time I used it. I look forward to serving for my party.

The rub combined with the sauce provides a tangy and fun twist on ribs. We have made this recipe several times now and it's always a big hit.

I thought this was a pretty easy sauce to make, I like my bbq sauce a bit more on the sweet side. I thought this had a little to much of the cider vinegar for my liking, I also added more cola. I didn't think it was sweet at all , I even added honey to try to sweeten it up a little more & success. Look forward to having it on my ribs later

I have been looking for a meat marinade that includes cola as an ingredient. The best marinated meat dish I ever had was when I lived in Massachusetts (steak tips . We found the secret (as the employees claim was the addition of cola in the marinade. It just perfectly tenderizes the meat. I look forward to trying the ribs

Another take on this recipe is to use cherry cola and add in some cherry jam to the mix.

The Neelys demonstrate with this recipe why they are known as the best BBQ pro's in Memphis. I have used this recipe and it is not only easy but delicious. For a slightly different profile try fruit woods like peach. Hickory and Oak are traditional but peach and apple give a lighter sweeter smokiness.

The Neely's did it again. These ribs were out of this world. My whole family enjoyed them. Probably the best rib recipe I have ever used. Thanks.

This recipe is almost identical to a recipe given by Mr. Food on ABC only his was called cola short ribs. I have used this on everything from chicken, turkey and sometimes steak. but definately on spare ribs. over the 30+ years i have been using it i have never had a bad comment about my food.
