Tried this and didn't change a thing. The meat is fall-off-the-bone and the sauce is killer! The secret is to slow cook the ribs and not apply sauce until the 15 minutes. SMOKIN'

Very good but not extraordinary. I did them in the oven, 4 hours at 200 degrees on a baking sheet tightly wrapped in foil. Then uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes with the sauce on them, basting a couple times. Make sure you wrap your baking sheet in 2 layers of foil or you won't get the crust off! I only used about half the rub, and I only put in 1/2 of the salt.

The Cola sauce is awesome. Make sure you go light on the spice rub, it is overpowering. If I made these again, I would slow roast with salt and pepper and then use the sauce. The same spices are in the Cola sauce, so the rub is overkill.

This was delicious. I was hesitant about the sauce while it was simmering on the stove but it was fabulously, lipsmacking good. So please try it (don't judge it before you try it. I put the rub on the ribs 24 hours before I put the ribs in the oven, wrapped in heavy foil, at 225 degrees for 2 hours. The meat was ready to fall off the bone. Then I put them on the grill, basting with the sauce. Had them for Father's Day and they were a hit!

The rub was great, but the sauce was just ok. It wasn't really bbq sauce to me... too sweet for my taste. I might try it on something else like meatloaf though like another reviewer suggested!

I made these for Labor Day and they were delicious; even my non eating rib friends and husband loved these.
I cooked them in the oven for 3 hrs at 225 and finished them on the grill with the sauce. I only added about 1/2 tablespoon salt for the rub and it came out great. I love the bbq sauce. Mine did not come out thin. I followed the recipe and cooked it for an hour and 15 min. I had some left over so I made a meat loaf tonight to finish it off. Thanks to the Neely's.
