The ribs were delicious! The sauce is great and just the right amount of sweetness to it. This is difinitely a repeater during the summer!

I made these for dinner last night and everybody said they were the best ribs they had ever eaten. I read the reviews and decided to make the sauce anyway. I wasn't to sure about it when I was cooking the sauce, it didn't smell to appetizing. But on the ribs it is fantastic! The best sauce I've had in a long time!

Made these last night for company, Everyone loved them, Used baby back ribs and made them in the oven. they were fall off the bone tender. Great recipe. And for those that say it is too salty, If you notice in the video they dont use all the rub. Two thumbs up

Glad we tasted the sauce before putting it on the ribs. We all tasted it and none of us liked it. Not what we consider BBQ. I saved it thinking maybe I could use it as a marinade, NOT BBQ, on something else, but the family vetoed that with every suggestion and we ended up throwing it out. We usually love Neely recipes, but, we'll have to pass on this one.

This was a really good bbq sauce. I cooked it longer than recipe called for because it seemed too thin. Not sure if it thickens as it as cools. I made it for baby back ribs and pre-cooked the ribs for about 1 1/2-2 hrs before cooking briefly on the grill. I only had 2 1/2 lbs of ribs and there still was probably 2/3 of it left. Definitely will make this again, its a keeper!! I was out of ground mustard and prepared mustard so I used Wasabi powder and balsamic vinegar. I also only had diet soda so I adjusted that by adding more brown sugar. Might try a really rich root beer/sarsaparilla and see how that makes it taste next time.

The rub was heavenly as well.

I made the cola sauce which was great. I did add more cola than recommended. I will no Ionger be purchases any Kraft. Sorry Kraft. The Neelys have a hit with me. I also made the rub which was delicious my ribs were tender and moist. I used baby backs. I made the Italian dressing for the BBQ chicken which turned out great. My family enjoyed the 4 of July. Thanks Pat and Gina.

Oh Em Gee!! This recipe is da bomb.. I actually only tried the rub and added just as it states of salt and man its the best. I agree with the comment below the ribs need to be rinse. I feel all meats need to be rinsed prior. You just never know :O I just need to try the bbq cola sauce but I'm sure its great because The Neelys cooking is always good there attitude shows it all. Keep it up Neelys.

People keep saying "too much salt" but if you are rinsing the ribs and they are still kind of wet when you apply the rub it is not too much salt. If you apply the rub to dry ribs, then it wont be absorbed and will also taste too salty. The recipe is wonderful and my friends say its the best and tenderest ribs they have ever eaten.

Really like these ribs. The sauce was different but very good. Tangy. But WAYYYYYY too much salt in the rub. So what I did was...right before serving I brushed the ribs with vinegar. It helped. Placed more vinegar on the table and two of us (only 3 eating used the vinegar.

    Other than the salt...very good!
