I made these ribs this past weekend. The recipe calls for cooking the ribs 1 1/2 hours with an additional 20 mins after saucing. After 1 1/2 hours of cooking the ribs definitely were not done so I referred to another Neely rib recipe which cooked both beef and pork ribs. The recipe called for 3 hours to cook the pork ribs with another hour after saucing. I followed this time line instead and the ribs came out wonderful. Has anyone else found the cooking time too short on this recipe. I still rate this recipe 5 stars as the rub and sauce were heavenly!Love to the Neely's and again I ask "When are you coming out with a cookbook"?

I will definitely make the sauce again. Very delicious. I will use for things other than ribs too.
The rub, way too salty for me. Hubby thought so too. Kids loved it. My daughter who doesn't like ribs ate 3 of them. If I were to make it again, I would decrease the salt by half.
