    I liked the base of this recipe. I switched it up a little bit with queso peppered cheese and sharp cheese and it was delicious! And my 3yr old loved it!

    I tried it tonight and it was awesome!! Great Recipe. My daughter loved it. I added bacon to it as well. Good choice!!

    Easy to make but would try it with a different cheese blend. Five cheese Italian blend has mozzarella in it....that made for a different cheese sauce texture, not the smooth, creamy type you expect with mac & cheese.

    This was definitely a nice easy recipe. The macaroni was thick and creamy. I ended up adding more salt and pepper after stirring in the macaroni. I might try it again using a different type of cheese, like sharp cheddar, and using a little less onion.

    This mac and cheese did not have a lot of flavor. I was expecting it to be different. My 3 year old would not eat it and I made it specifically for her. Will not make this again;-(
