    I really liked this dish. I didn't have red bell on hand, so I used orange and swapped cilantro for the parsley. Also, I made my own black-eyed peas vs using canned.

    Yummy! I used 1 can black eyed peas and 1 can black beans. I also served as a side dish to tonight's dinner which was the Neely's Orange Honey Chicken and corn on the cob. Will use this recipe over and over!

    5 stars for EZ! Using this as a side dish for our grilled rib eye steaks tonight. I used champagne vinegar b/c I didn't have red vinegar--figured caviar needed champagne, no? Just get the seasoning right, salt & pepper and just the right amt. of vinegar to add zip.
