Everybody LOVED it and I normally have an issue with gravy but the gravy was perfect too! I'm going to take the leftover turkey and make turkey soup this weekend since it's cold :

Excellent rub, my turkey was tender and juicy all the way through to the bone. As I normally cook the turkey every Thanksgiving, this will be my rub of choice, thanks Neely's for this recipe along with many others I have used!

I love this rub. It sounded amazing and I wanted to try it for my very first turkey being a newlywed. We loved it!

This was the best Turkey that I have ever made. My family fell in love with the taste. Never used a roasting pan before. Can't wait to make this again. We will not be waiting till next Thanksgiving to bake it again.

For cost reasons I had to use a poultry rub. But the gravy part is awesome. I would have never thought of using sour cream. My first time making gravy.... Good stuff.

The spices in the holiday rub tasted great, not to mention the turkey looked fabulous. I put the rub on the turkey as stated above then put it in the smoker overnight, I got so many compliments on the holiday rub, its was good!! I will deff be using this recipe everytime I make turkey!
