This is a great recipe. Delicious. Orange and salmon go very well together. Finally have a recipe to compete with my son-in-law! I reduced to a sauce which I preferred, and goes great on anything.

I loved the flavor of the glaze but I had a hard time getting the glaze to thicken. If anyone knows the secret to thicking the glaze please share.

I made this as one "protein option" for my family holiday dinner. Everyone who would eat salmon loved it. I did have a problem with the glaze not thickening, but I prepared it the night before so after it sat it thickened up. I used my stove top griddle/grill since I am near Chicago (and grill illiterate and it cooked perfectly. My big brother, who I always aim to please, ate two servings. He said he liked that is has a grilled salmon flavor with a kick of citrus at the end... then text me later to compliment the recipe again. The little bit left over was great on a romaine and baby spinach salad.

The glaze has lots of flavor and all the flavors really compliment each other. I was worried it might be too sweet, but it had a nice refreshing taste. I used it on cornish game hens. I basted them with the sauce 1/2 way through cooking and 5 minutes before they were done and they got a nice crispy skin with the glaze. Then when I served them I drizzled some glaze over them so it ran on the plate. It was very good!

This recipe is amazing. I don't even really like salmon and I ate my portion and started digging into my husband's. It is so tasty and it glazes so nice on top of the fish. This is a keeper Lor!!!

The citrus glaze made for a perfect light summery dish. However, I also had a problem with the glaze not wanting to thicken. I mixed in a little corn starch which helped a little. I also added a tropical fruit salsa, because I felt the salmon alone didn't have quite the intense flavor I was hoping for.

We all really liked the citrus flavor in the glaze, BUT it was like water. Never got thick, so I was disappointed and I let it simmer for one hour and waited. I wish I knew how to thicken up the glaze to have really enjoyed that salmon.

This was delicious. We loved the citrus glaze on the salmon and favor this now over a teriyaki or smoked bbq flavor marinade. We cooked the salmon on a cedar plank and basted the sauce over during the cooking process. Took a little longer to cook since it was not over direct heat. Also halved the recipe for 2 servings and it was right on. Thanks for the yummy recipe.
