I love salmon and saw you guys cook this while watching one of your many episodes. My son thought this was the best being that he is a picky eater. I will be trying many more. Your recipes are always great.
Thanks!

My family thinks this recipe is melt in your mouth delicious! Even my cat loves it! My mom doesnt care for seafood or fish, but said i can make this recipe anytime. We are also trying to add fish once a week to our diet as recommended by Dr. Oz

This is a very easy recipe. However, the glaze does take longer than 20 minutes. I followed another reviewer's suggestion and turned up the heat; stirring constantly. I did finally get the consistency of syrup. Initially, I thought the glaze was a bit tart but I really liked the orange flavor. I was thinking I would use less lemon and lime juice next time. But, after having some leftovers today, I would not change a thing. The flavors melded over night; it was better today than yesterday!

This glaze really complimented the salmon and offset the stong fish taste it has. My wife usually does not like salmon, but she loved it with this glaze. I would say this would be good on any of the stronger types of fish, such as bluefish. Great job Neelys! Thanks!

The sauce took a long time, but did eventually turn into a thick delicious glaze. A little patience and bringing the sauce to a rapid boil while keeping it uncovered did the trick. I would definitely make this sauce again. It would compliment any seafood or chicken dinner.

This salmon is simple to make and has really good flavor. The glaze isn't really a glaze. It never thickens because of the low sugar amounts. It doesn't matter how long you cook it, it will not get thick. So if you want a nice thick glaze, add more brown sugar. I will definitely be making this again!

My husband and daughter refuse to eat fish. Well I made the dish and before I finished serving the food it was gone!! They loved it, wanted more and asked me to make it again! Thank you Neelys!

My husband I and made this for dinner tonight, the flavors were delightful. Only thing...our sauce, despite simmering for over an hour never got "syrupy", next time I will thicken with some corn starch. We fixed the roasted rosemary and garlic pototoes... another great recipe and had a resturant quality dinner for two. I opened a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, a perfect match to the citrus sauce for the fish.
