    EXCELLENT!!!
Very easy to make. My daughter and I thought about adding avocado and grill corn. We just want to try it. The recipe is excellent in itself.

Outstanding! I cooked some Talapia (salt, pepper & garlic powder in butter/olive oil, and served the fish on top of pasta then used this salsa as the topping. Wonderful!!! I made the mistake of using whole wheat pasta but the salsa made even that taste good. I'm saving the rest to try on Cuban pork roast tomorrow..
