This was delicious! It was not as heavy as many lasagnas. Even my meat-eating family and friends loved it and begged for the recipe. I, too, used regular lasagna noodles soaked in boiling water with no problem. This one is a keeper.

This lasagna is sooo good!!! The spinach, ricotta and pesto mixture is unlike anything I've ever tasted in a lasagna...very yummy. It is also not overwhelming and watery like other vegetable lasagna recipes I've tried (sometimes they call for too many veggies but this one is just perfect. It's definitely a keeper. Thanks Patrick and Gina!

My family LOVED this and even said it was better than traditional. My oldest daughter is very picky and ate every bite!

I made this dish for my book club and received great reviews. Everyone wanted the recipe. I found it very easy to make. I found out from one of my members that it's not necessary to use the "no boil" noodles; which by the way are more expensive then the regular ones. Just lay the regular noodles separately in an oblong dish and pour boiling water over it. Cover with a cookie sheet and let set for 5 minutes. The noodles are ready and much easier to control.

I have been making lasagna for years, always with my own homeade tomato sauce, and I have to say that the Neely's Veggie Pesto Lasagna is the best lasagna (and tomato sauce recipe I have ever made or tasted! I made it exactly as stated and wouldn't change a thing! One detail to note is some no cook lasagna noodles take up to 1 hour to bake - mine did (the cooking time is listed on the box so if you're making this for company make sure you know the cooking time of your noodle in advance!

So good!! Very hearty, full of flavor!! I wouldn't change a thing, but You could definately make it your own by adding different veggies if needed to. I will be making this again!!!

I also saw the show and knew I had to try the Lasagna..my family loved it, you can't even tell their's no meat, it is so hearty and thick, I added extra mozzarella to make it cheesy...this dish is a big hit...nice for the holidays too!!

Made this lasagna after watching the show yesterday and absolutely loved it. Not too much liquid as in some veggie lasagnas I've tried. I substituted cottage cheese for the ricotta because I like it better. Yummy!
