    What a tasty and refreshing salad for summer. I didn't think the watermelon would go so well with feta cheese and arugula but, it works perfectly. I used a vidalia onion rather than a red one and it worked well. The red might have had too much bite to it. I'll definitely make this again before the great watermelon is gone for the winter!

    Made this for teenagers on Fourth of July--kids said, "Mom, this salad is CRAZY!" Then proceeded to eat every bite. This salad is a mix of flavors that we've never had together, but definitely will again!

    This was so good that it disappeared very quickly (and I made a double batch. In fact, I found some of my guests pouring the left over juice into glasses and drinking it.

    I first tried this at a friend's home, and really liked it. I then tried it myself. I used a cookie cutter to create star-shaped watermelons for memorial day treat, and tried it with spinach, instead of arugula. My salad was gone in a flash at the picnic!

    This recipe was on the first episode I had ever watched of this show. I made it that next weekend and received so many requests for the recipe. I have been asked to bring this to a party this weekend! Everyone loves it...

    This was a quick and delicious as well as nutritious salad. I was hesitant about a watermelon salad but the combination was refreshing. My husband said it was one of the best salads he's had. He calls me the salad queen. I cut the recipe in half for two and used a Fresh Express 50/50 salad mix and it made a great light dinner salad. Will make this again tomorrow night.
