The most delicious potatoe dish!! It's just as stated on The Neelys... when eaten, someone will say, "there's just something extra, about it". My husband, who is a picky eater, just loved it and now he's asking for it over and over again.... really easy to prepare and your family will love the twist on the potatoes!! LOVE them!!

I just tried this recipe recently and it was very tasty.. It gave the red potatoes some zest, flavor that I would try again.. But most of all my family, was pleased... So that made me pleased, as well...

I made these for Christmas dinner - it was an easy way to jazz up the mashed potatoes for the holidays. I cut the recipe in half and it serves 4-5 people.

Very Good potoates... Put a little more sour cream, so a more creamier taste. They are off the hook!!! Will make again for sure, so easy, so tasty.

loved this recipe!!! my husband doesn't care for mashed potatoes but he kept raving about these mashed potatoes. He even helped himself to seconds!

Tried this recipe out this evening as a warm-up to Thanksgiving, used yukon gold potatoes I had on hand, and left part of the skins on, love the addition of the white cheddar...think we'll be using these next week!
