This is AMAZING. I made it for my husband to take to the deer cabin but I'm not sure it's going to make it! Great flavor.

I made this for a church chili dinner. I got rave reviews and if there was a contest I would have won 1st price. I have several people who have requested the recipe. Feels great to make something people really enjoy. I had chopped the peppers and onions in my food processor and the smell when I took off the lid made me alittle fearfull it would be too hot. But, a perfect heat on the back of the throat is all it ended up being. Wonderful memories. Thank you Neely's

This recipe was awesome!! I took it to work for a luncheon & it went over really well. I cut back on the peppers just a bit because it seemed VERY spicy, but other than that I wouldn't change a thing!

Simple & delicious! The flavors were vibrant and it's a dish the whole family enjoyed. Grandma even had seconds. Made my dads cornbread and it was a great accent to this dish. Family can't wait for me to make it again :

The whole family loved it and it is rare that that happens. We did add a 3rd can of beans as suggested by others. Only thing that would have made it better is if Alabama had beat LSU.

Very good alternative to traditional ground meat based chili's. I made the following improvements. Once you add the stock sprinkle in a table spoon of maza herena or corn flour to tighten up the sauce. Cut corn tortilla's into thin strips drizzle a little veg.oil salt and cumin and bake in the oven until crispy. Serve the chili in a bowl mound up the tortilla strips add the sour cream and diced avacado. I also used two jalepenos to kick up the heat a bit...

I watched this episode today and had to try this recipe.Very different from the usually chilli that we eat. I took a whole chicken and cooked it in the crock pot while I went out. Instead of using can chicken broth I used the stock that the chicken made in the crockpot. I also did not use the whole chicken, the lime gave this chilli a nice flavor. We were really surprise on how good this chilli taste. We also used the tortilla chips with a hint of jalapeno. This is a keeper, we love this recipe.

Watched the broadcast and they looked like they enjoyed it so much plus I liked all the ingredients individually so I tried it. Still a little flavor missing, I had hot chili sauce and that helped but much heartier than I expected and all and all very good. I also added a bit of parmesean cheese just cause that's what I had it was awesome. My lunch group enjoyed it and the receipe makes enough for like 8 servings with a whole chicken. Overall I give it an A
