Amazingggg recipe. I poached 3 chicken breasts (a little over a pound and shredded it in place of the store bought rotisserie chicken. I also added some tiny tube pasta. Delicious! Everyone loved it! Will have to double next time!!

Great recipe. I did not use tortilla chips, but sprinkled some shredded cheddar/jack cheese on top.

Seriously this is the best EVER! I make it all the time! For those who have not had yet....it taste like a chicken enchiladas in a bowl.....yummy.
Every time I make it, I double recipe to freeze and take some over to my sisters! She cant get enough of this. The Neelys sure do know how to make some comfort food!

This was great! The lime juice really added something with the peppers.

My son's favorite chili, and maybe even dish! We all love it. The first time I've made it took me quite some time, but now I make way faster than the first time. It's totally worth it.

I absolutely love this recipe. It has become a favorite for my fiance when he watches sports. I eliminated the lime juice and wedges from the recipe and do not crumble the tortillas in the chili. Instead, I opt for Hint of Lime tortilla chips which we dip into the chili. I also add more cumin, coriander and chili powder to taste than the recipe called for.

Fantastic flavors. Very nice change from standard chili. The lime was fresh and different. I made this for a crowd on game day and everyone loved it!!!

I will be honest, it was good but nothing to write home about.

I made a quadruple batch of this for our work's chili cook off. It was a hit! I used all jalepenos because I couldn't get poblano peppers. The crock pot was full to the brim, but I love the idea of adding fresh sweet corn! The jalepeno cornbread muffins sound amazing, too!
