This was delicious. I got rave reviews this first cold weekend of the fall. I liked that it was thickened with beans and not a cream base. It was thick and flavorful. I added some carrots and and an extra can of pinto beans. Thanks for the ideas!

This is an awesome recipe! What a keeper. Will make again and again and again!!!! I did not change a thing! Followed it perfectly and it was outstanding. So easy to make and I served it with jalepeno cheddar corn muffins with honey butter on top. Thanks to the Neely's!

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Made it today and it goes perfect with rainy weather we are having in St. Louis right now. I also added a small can of fire roasted green chilies.I made jalapeno lime corn muffins drizzled with honey to go with it. MMM MMM GOOD! It's a keeper.

This is so delicious! The spices give GREAT flavor. I doubled the beans (used two different types of white beans and also added fresh sweet corn off the cob. The cilantro and lime juice make it really fresh and are a great contrast to the sweetness of the corn. Really yummy, and already passed the recipe on to friends. I will absolutely be adding this to my recipe box for the future!

This was really good and it is pretty easy to prepare. I had a chicken I had boiled to make stock and I used the meat from that. I also added 2 ears of fresh corn on the cob that I cut off the cobb. This was a really sweet addition. I also used a serrano pepper. I will make this again!

I made this today with my class. The students were begging for more. The spices blend together for a taste explosion! Love it!
