These cookies are very good. The only problem I had was using low-fat cream cheese in the filling. I had to add a lot of extra sugar to make it thick enough. I would recommend using regular cream cheese to get the right consistency. I am taking these to a neighborhood potluck tonight and I think they will be well received.

These whoopie pies are very delicious. The filling is so fluffy and creamy. I did add more punpkin that what the recipe calls for and it did make the filling more watery, however next time I will try adding more cream cheese to thicken it up. The cookies are definitly a staple whoopie pie cookie that will work with traditional filling. My coworkers enjoyed them very much as well.

The Cookie part of this recipe is so NASTY!!!! It was the right texture but the flavor was awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I would give this recipe no stars but you have to pick at least one!

This recipe is easy to make and delicious. I would have given it 5 stars but I found the filling not to be as thick as I would have preferred so I added another 8 ounces of cream cheese to thicken it up and it was just amazingly good. The cookie is moist and the right mix of cookie/cake. I gave some out at work and everyone raved about how delicious they were. It is a winner.
