Tasted great, but did not reheat well. I am single and took the leftovers to share at work and the ribbons were soggy. The flavor was still good, but the texture was not good when reheated. I guess I will make for one meal next time.

Another Neely hit. You got my husband to say that "that zucchini was pretty good"
