    Well,I baked mines and it came out great,Never ate asparagus before,asking everyone what it would taste like and someone finally told me like green beans. I really loved it. Will do it again thanks Gina AND Pat.

    Great side to any dish!!! For kids or adults who don't really like asparagus...well let's just say, "You can't go wrong with bacon!" I grill this during the summer along most of my main dishes and they are all gone before I can even sit down to enjoy what I have cooked for everyone! Real crowd pleaser!

    Very tasty, a hit with my husband! For some reason I bought turkey bacon, so that's what I used and it was still good and not as much fat. This is a keeper. It is easy and quick. I used short wooden skewers and put two on per skewer and it worked great. You really have to keep a close eye on the as another reviewer said due to the bacon.

    I rarely bbq and even I could make these! Would recommend wrapping your asparagus evenly with the bacon. I wrapped two asparagus spears with one slice of maple bacon and used toothpicks to secure the bacon. If they stick just wait a couple of more minutes before flipping. I bbq'd them with the cover of my grill closed but only left them a few minutes at a time. I checked often because the fat dripping off the bacon really fuels the flames. My husband absolutely hates asparagus and I got him to eat two!

    This recipe was great. There are certain things my husband don't like, but he loved these. I will be making them again. I put bacon on some and some without bacon and roast them together in the oven. I will be making these again. I love Gina and Pat. When I'm in the kitchen cooking, I sometime call my husband and ask him if he wants to help me in the kitchen like Pat.

    This recipe is also great using fresh green beans that have been trimmed and blanched. After wrapping 4-5 green beans with thin-sliced bacon, I roasted them in the oven on a rack in a sheet pan until the bacon was done and crispy. So easy and good!!!

    I found this recipe difficult to do using the skewers. I used toothpicks instead and it was wonderful. I am not a fan of Asparagus and neither is my family but they threw down on these. They were excellent. I found a pound of Asparagus to be too much and I also cut my bacon in half. All in all the Neely's hit the nail on the head with this one. This will definitely be on my grill each and every time. Thanks Pat and Gina

    SAW THE SHOW IN THE MORNING, RAN TO THE STORE THAT AFTERNOON FOR THE INGREDIENTS. EVERYONE RAVED ABOUT IT. THE BACON REALLY ROCKS AROUND THAT ASPARAGUS SPEAR. CRUNCHY. YUMMY. THAT WILL BE A STAPLE FOR EVERY MEAL ON THE GRILL YEAR ROUND. THANKS GUYS.
