This is a quick and easy dessert but I would recommend that after the ice cream balls are scooped, they are frozen for a few minutes to help them firm up a little before rolling in the nuts. Since you have to get the ice cream soft enough to scoop out, it tends to be a little too soft to hold its shape while rolling in the nuts. I would suggest making the balls ahead of time and then taking them out just prior to serving them and rolling them in the nuts. This will help approve their appearance. We topped the ice cream with hot fudge, butterscotch topping and whipped cream.

This is a quick and easy dessert that everyone is sure to love. I have also changed it up a bit by using crushed chocolate cookies and chocolate syrup! Great idea!!!
